Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature and no credit card. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep your pipelines running; nothing is charged automatically.
How am I billed?
Monthly, by card, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
Can I connect more than one Salesforce org or database?
Starter and Pro include one connection of each type: one Salesforce org, one MySQL database, one S3 bucket and so on. Business and Enterprise let you add several of the same type, such as production plus sandbox orgs or many databases.
How is Enterprise billed?
Annually by invoice (ACH or wire), on a contract that includes the uptime SLA. Talk to us for a quote based on your orgs, volumes and security needs.
