Everything a Salesforce sync needs. Nothing to babysit.

Built for admins and ops teams who are done with scheduled report exports, Data Loader on someone's laptop, and scripts nobody remembers writing.

/schedule

Schedules that fit your data

Every N minutes, hours or days, or a cron expression with a time zone. Manual runs are one click away.

/mapping

Point-and-click mapping

Columns auto-match fields by name and label. Rename, skip, set constants, trim, change case, parse dates.

/schema

Tables built for you

The MySQL, Postgres or Snowflake table is created with matching column types, and new Salesforce fields become new columns.

/incremental

Incremental sync

After the first load, only records changed since the last run are pulled, by SystemModstamp. Deletes can be flagged.

/two-way

Two-way

Load CSV files and database tables into Salesforce with insert, update or upsert by external ID.

/bulk

Bulk API 2.0

Wide objects and large loads switch to Bulk API 2.0 automatically, so big backfills don't burn API limits.

/alerts

Alerts you'll actually see

Email, Slack or webhook after N failures in a row, on rejected rows, or every run — plus a recovery notice.

/vault

Credentials locked down

Passwords, tokens and keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and never shown again after saving.

> setup

Three commands to your first pipeline.

  1. step 01
    $ connect

Sign in to Salesforce, add your database, link S3, SFTP or Dropbox, or upload a CSV.

  2. step 02
    $ map

Pick an object or file and a destination. Review the auto-matched fields.

  3. step 03
    $ schedule

Choose how often it runs and who hears about failures. Retries, history and error files are handled.

> in the field

What teams run on it.

case_01

Back up Salesforce to MySQL

A full, queryable copy of every object you care about, refreshed every 15 minutes, in a database you own.

case_02

Feed a reporting warehouse

SQL access to Salesforce data for BI tools and analysts — no report exports, no extra licenses.

case_03

Nightly CSV drops to Dropbox

A dated CSV of new opportunities or cases in a shared folder for partners, accountants or auditors.

case_04

Import partner files into Salesforce

Pick up the CSV a vendor drops on SFTP, S3 or Dropbox each morning and upsert it by external ID.

Questions

Which Salesforce editions work?

Any edition with API access: Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer, plus Professional with the API add-on. Sandboxes are supported and count toward your org limit.

How does CleverSync reach my database?

Over the internet from a fixed egress IP address, listed in Settings so you can allow-list it in your firewall or security group. TLS is used when your server supports it.

What happens when a Salesforce field is added or changed?

On the next run CleverSync describes the object again and adds any new columns to the destination table. Existing columns are never dropped, so downstream queries keep working.

Does it use a lot of API calls?

Incremental runs only fetch changed records, and big loads use Bulk API 2.0. Each run's history shows how many records were read and written.

What if some rows fail?

The run is marked partial, the good rows are still written, and the rejected rows are saved to a downloadable CSV with the Salesforce or MySQL error for each one. You can be alerted when that happens.

Do you store my Salesforce data?

Data passes through CleverSync while a run is in progress. Exported CSV files and error files are kept so you can download them, and you can delete them at any time.
